Why do I have to order my drinks from you?
The Government has recently changed the law regarding the supply of alcoholic beverages by limousine companies and it is now illegal to supply free alcoholic drinks for any hire.

Can I bring my own drinks with me?
You may bring drinks with you but unfortunately we will have to charge you a corking fee of £30 if you choose to do so.

Do I have to register A Touch of Class?
No, simply take a note of the booking reference number you receive when you book and enter it on the form when you are ordering your refreshments.

Is it safe to send my debit/credit card details over the internet?
Yes, it is completely safe to send any sensitive information to our site. All order and transaction details are sent over a ‘secure’ connection which means all information sent safely and securely over the internet.

There are drinks I would like to order that aren't on your site?
In order to keep our costs to a minimum we have had to restrict the selection of drinks to those that have proven to be most popular with our clients over the years.

Do you have a minimum order level?
No, you can order as much or as little as you like, however take care to notice that some products are not available in singles and are in a pack, for example, beers and alcopops come in packs of four or twelve as stated.

How do I cancel and order once placed?
Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled by emailing [email protected] with the booking number which was emailed to you when your booking was confirmed. Just let us know that you are cancelling your order and we'll be happy to give you a full refund.

Once order has been placed what happens to my information?
Touch of Class has a strict privacy policy which has been put in place to prevent any misuse of your information once it has been submitted to us. Touch of Class will only collect administer and process any information according to the Data Protection Act 1998. Touch of Class will never sell any customer information to third parties.
